When and where is NCSC25?
NCSC25 will be held at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Orlando, Florida from June 29-July 2, 2025.
When is the deadline to submit a session proposal?
The submission deadline for NCSC25 session proposals is on Thursday, February 6, at 11:59 pm ET. Please note that no submissions will be accepted after this time.
Can I email my session proposal?
No, all session proposals must be submitted through the NCSC presenter portal.
Is there a limit to the number of session proposals I can submit?
Our recommendation is to submit up to two proposals per presenter.
Will NCSC25 be a live, virtual, or hybrid conference?
NCSC25 will be held in person, with an on-demand option available for those unable to attend. The on-demand option will be available after the conference.
Is it necessary for all the panelists to be physically present, or can they present virtually?
This year’s conference will not accommodate virtual sessions or remote presenters. As a result, all presenters must be physically present and ready to deliver their presentations in front of a live audience.
Do I need to pay the conference registration fee as a presenter?
All presenters must register the discounted presenter rate of $450 for registration and cover their travel, lodging, and other related expenses. Please refer to the conference hotel and travel page for access to discounted hotels.
Can changes be made to a session proposal that has already been submitted?
To make changes to your submission, you can log into the NCSC presenter portal using the email you used to submit your original proposal. You can edit your proposal until the February 6, 2025 deadline.
Can I submit a session proposal for a topic that is not listed?
Certainly! You can select the content area that most closely aligns with your submission topic. However, please keep in mind that the content for NCSC25 will be focused on the following areas:

When can I expect to receive an update regarding the status of my session proposal?
You will receive a decision on your submission by Wednesday, April 16, 2025. If you submitted a session proposal and don’t receive an email, check your spam folder. The email will come from [email protected].
