Charter Schools Program Level Funded for FY2024

“Congress included level funding of $440 million for the CSP, which was a remarkable victory given the contentious nature of the budget appropriations process this year.”

FY2024 Appropriations Includes Key Changes for Charter Schools

In addition to level funding, the FY 2024 appropriations includes several key technical changes to the CSP that will give the program more flexibility to better serve students around the country.

Charter Schools Program Receives Proposed Funding Increase
