National Alliance Applauds the Wisconsin Legislature and Governor Tony Evers on Wisconsin Biennial State Budget Bill

On July 5, Governor Evers signed the Wisconsin Biennial State Budget Bill, the final piece of legislation in a historic education funding package for Wisconsin. Combined with more than a billion dollars in public-school K12 education funding in the budget, a separate and significant gap closure investment into independent charter schools makes per-pupil funding far more equitable.
