The National Alliance accomplished a great deal for the charter school movement this past year, in spite of the tumultuous political landscape. We maintained our record $440 million in funding for the federal Charter Schools Program, helped Puerto Rico secure a grant for their first charter school, and won precedent-setting legal battles in Florida, Missouri, and Mississippi.
